KHANYA GQADA

Khanya is a director at Gqada & Nyongo Inc., since March 2021. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at the University of the Western Cape in 2016. He joined Bisset Boehmke McBlain Attorneys in 2017 as a Candidate Attorney, and was subsequently retained as an Associate Attorney in the litigation department in 2019. During his tenure at Bisset Boehmke McBlain Attorneys, he specialized in a wide range Civil Litigation matters in both the Magistrate’s Court and the High Court.

In March 2021 he founded Gqada Nyongo Attorneys Inc, a culmination of his vision and desire to bring access to the justice to people from all walks of life. His deep rooted principles on family values has lead him to specialize in Family Law matter matters such as divorces, maintenance applications, matters involving minor children, relocation applications, termination of parental rights and responsibilities and curatorship applications.
